Great highlights from this fall include (in no particular order): finding living spawning salmon in the creek in front of my house, teaching Introduction to Botanical Drawing Class at Clatsop Community College, having three paintings of native berries accepted to Miniature Juried Show at Cannon Beach Art Association, having my Pacific Crabapple illustration accepted to Bush Barn Gallery for In the Footsteps of David Douglas show, teaching art at at Middle School, and participating in Flora Show at Nehalem Recreational District. I also taught Christmas cards class at the library and spent most dark December nights at my studio. The mushroom of this season is definitely Boletus Zelleri, it was popping everywhere!
