Alma arboretum (The soul of the trees) is a series of illustrations done in sepia ink and gold watercolor depicting native trees of Virginia or greater East Coast region. This series was started during an Artist Residency at Oaks Spring Garden Foundation in Virginia in 2024 and inspired by 17th century engravings from the OSGF library and the local habitat.
